My wife, Cecilia and I would like to extend our sincerest condolences to Jan, JJ and the rest of the family. We will all miss Johnny as he was a good friend and someone you could always count on. He will be missed by all that new him.
To me he was always Johnny Marino who grew up across the street from us in University Gardens in Great Neck. We were little kids together who played each and every day. I remember once Johnny decided that we needed real italian cooking and brought dinner and cooked it in our kitchen, it was wonderful, Johnny supplied the food and we supplied the wine and our kitchen.
I have so many fond memories of Johnny and I will miss you old friend. Thanks for our time together.
Your buddy,
Steven
