Obituary of Geraldine Salli

It is with great sadness that we share news of the passing of Geraldine "Gerry" Scott Salli on July 1, 2025. Gerry was born and raised in Coldwater, Mississippi to her parents, William Allen and Lena (Ferguson) Scott. She left at 18 years old to join the United States Air Force. While in the US Air Force, Gerry met her husband, Charles Saverio Sr., and built a family in Garden City Park, NY, where she worked as a nurse. Gerry was met in heaven by her husband, and two sons, Charles Saverio Jr. and Jonathan. Gerry was also predeceased by her parents and her sisters, Elizabeth, Billie Jean, and Bobbie Jo. Gerry is survived by her sister, Peg and her children Lynn, Dawn (Richard), Phillip (Diana) and Christopher. Gerry was beloved "Mama" to her grandchildren, Gina, Kelly, Miranda, Charles Thomas, Emilia, Mariana and Charles Saverio III. Gerry was cherished by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews. She will be forever missed and always in our hearts.
