Obituary of Giuseppe Vani (1935-2025)

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Giuseppe Vani. Giuseppe passed away peacefully at his home in Old Bethpage, New York, on Monday, July 21, 2025, surrounded by his beloved wife Marisa of 67 years and his loving children Anna Maria and Anthony.

Giuseppe was born in Frosinone, Italy, on March 16, 1935. He was the second child to Cesidio and Liberata.  Giuseppe is survived by his beloved sister Antonia.  He was a loving grandfather to Alessio, Stefano, Alexander, Alivia and a wonderful great grandfather to Adriana, Giuliano, Alessia, and Aurelio. 

Giuseppe was a kind-hearted, hard-working, and well-respected man.  He loved his garden, fishing, and most of all his family.  Giuseppe will be remembered for his great sense of humor, as he always made everyone laugh as soon as he entered a room.  He will be remembered as a man who was always willing to help others, requesting nothing in return.  He was and will continue to be a great role model to many.

Giuseppe will be missed deeply by his family and friends as he touched everyone’s hearts with his gentle soul.  “Gone but never forgotten.”
