Obituary of Gloria Tancredi
Gloria passed away peacefully on January 1, 2026, surrounded by the love she spent a lifetime giving to others. She was the devoted and loving wife of Joseph for an incredible 70 years, a partnership defined by deep love, respect, and unwavering commitment. Together, they built a beautiful life and family. Gloria leaves behind her two loving daughters, four cherished grandchildren, and three adored great-grandchildren. Gloria was known for her kind heart, gentle spirit, and warm smile. She had a love for playing cards and was always ready for a game — often winning, especially when money was involved. She was famous for her fluffy, delicious pancakes, enjoyed sweets of all kinds, and always made room for dessert. She shared a lifelong admiration for Walt Disney and treasured the many family trips to the parks, as well as a love for Frank Sinatra, whose music filled her home with timeless joy. Gloria and Joseph also loved traveling the world together, proudly marking their adventures with pins on a map — a testament to a life well lived and deeply shared. Above all, Gloria will be remembered for the incredible love she shared with her husband and family. Her legacy of love, laughter, and togetherness will live on in all who knew her. Please keep her family in your thoughts and prayers. In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to the Alzheimer’s Association in her memory.
