I'm so sorry to the families for their loss. I am also so sorry that I am only hearing about this now. Tom was a very good friend of mine for a long time, and we hadn't spoken in about a year for no other reason than just doing our own things, but we spent a long time together on the air at WCWP, and it is no question that Tom changed my life for the better. I will miss you friend. "I'd like to give a shout out to Flag Day" so say we all...

"...Like the loss of sunlight on a cloudy afternoon gone too soon...Born to amuse, to inspire, to delight; Here one day; Gone one night..." I will always remember your smile, your laugh, your quick wit and your love of life. You were so brave and so strong through your life and faced each day with dignity and grace. Rest now sweet cousin - I love you Tommy and will always remember and miss you.

I'm with out a doubt a better person for having been friends with Tom. Tom is one of those people that comes along and changes the way you look at life. Whenever I would think about how life was getting the best of me, I would think of how Tom dealt with SO MUCH and just made a joke of everything.
He honestly made me smile everyday. I miss our daily conversations about life and everything that goes along with it because Tom would make me see things in ways I never did before. He's one of my best friends and I don't know what I'm going to do without him.
Although it hurts to know I won't get to joke around with him or get that T-Nevs advice from him anymore, I know he's not hurting and that makes me happy. Tom dealt with SO MUCH pain and never complained. Tom taught me how to be a man and how to keep a game face on when everything was wrong. I can't thank him enough.
I love and miss him dearly.

Tom was a one of a kind person. He would make you laugh out loud one minute and the next he had a kind word or a get well wish to make you feel better. We had only met online but he made a lasting impression on me. My thoughts are with his family and friends.

I met Tom through mutual CF friends 2 years ago, and in the years I've known him he's never failed to make me laugh or smile. We shared a similar sense of humour that would turn 1 wall post into 2o sum comments following. He even managed to carry on a conversation on one of my statuses with my brother and I found it hilarious the 2 of them talking through my wall. I'm going to miss our conversations, his hilarious compliments, his humour but especially his heart. He was a very special guy <3

Tommy,
You are the most loved person. You brightened everyone's day with your wit and sarcasm. Being your "shy" sister, I always wished I was more like you - able to speak your mind and make the room laugh out loud. Thanks for all your help through the years, being a part of my Wedding, and always putting your family first. Will keep your memory alive.

I never had the pleasure of meeting Tom in person, but I "talked" to him on the New York Rangers message board, and on Facebook. He had a wonderfully wicked sense of humor! I loved that about him. He never complained about his condition, and he always helped other people feel good when they were down. Rest in Peace Tom. <3

Words cannot express how much Tom meant to the CF/transplant community. He never failed to bring a laugh to everyone, even if he was feeling his worst. I miss him so much already, and will certainly never forget him. Many prayers going out to all of Tom's family. May God give you peace during this difficult time.

We never met Tom, yet we spoke to him often via FB. He had a lovely soul and always had time to send us an email. We will miss our talks & our laughs with him. In Tom's name we have donated some money to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation - Maryland. Our thoughts are with you.
