Obituary of John Di Stefano

John Di Stefano 77 years old of Franklin Square NY passed away on March 13^th, 2024, was born on April 12^th 1946 in Pozzallo Italy in Sicilian Province of Ragusa born to his parents Francesco and Concetta. He is survived by his wife Vincenza his daughter Maria and sons Frank and John Jr., their spouses Anthony, Angela and Maria Lisa, his grandchildren John, Isabella, Antonella, Anthony, Gianna, Juliana and John Corrado, his siblings Pino and Mary.  He was preceded in death by his parents Francesco and Concetta and mother and father-in-law Isabella and Corrado. John Di Stefano was a pioneer in the EIFS and Stucco business, founding the brand Decoplast which is now one of the top products used in the construction industry. He received numerous accolades and awards for his charitable character and always did what he could to help those in need. He will be remembered for his kind heart and warm spirit. He had an incredible gift of making people feel like they were the most important person in the room.  A funeral service for John Di Stefano will be held at Park Funeral Chapels at 2175 Jericho Tpke Garden City Park NY on March 18^th from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00. Funeral mass will be at 9:30am on March 19^th at St. Catherine of Sienna Church in Franklin Square.
