I was shocked and saddened to learn of Chacko's passing. He was my supervisor at the NYS Department of Taxation and Finance from Feb 2010 through Summer 2012. I learned a lot about accounting and auditing from him. He was a brilliant man and a great supervisor who took his job very seriously, and always demanded the very best from those who reported to him.
My deepest sympathies to his family.
