Mrs. Makhijani was someone I admired. She and my Mom, Chandra Mahtani have been friends for decades and I loved hearing about how progressive and modern Auntie Kamla was. She was a respectable icon of the Indian-American Society.
She was a very kind woman and will be missed. God bless the family with peace of heart during this time.
