I had the pleasure of working with Catherine for several years until 2011. We kept in touch and I was so very sad to discover why she didn't thank me for her birthday card yesterday as she always did. Catherine was thoughtful, caring, and one of the smartest, funniest people I've ever met. She was so great at what she did and helped so many people throughout her life. She will be greatly missed. My condolences to her family.
