Christine and I first met growing up on the same block in Bellerose and she was my mentor as I became a teacher. I looked up to Christine and her teaching talents. Christine always had the biggest smile and hug when she saw me saying, "Hey Coll how are you? How is teaching going?" We taught in the same school when I was in college and she taught me the ropes as a new teacher. We would drive home and talk about all the funny stories from our day or go workout. Christine was a natural teacher and loved all her students. Christine was the person I went to for advice early on in my career and she was always so supportive, loving, kind, and caring. What I loved most about Christine was her sense of humor, smile, and love of her family. She loved her family and her children so much! Love Always, Colleen Reade
