Obituary of Dev Melepura

In loving memory of Dev Melepura 1980-2022 Dev Melepura was born on May 24,1980 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. He was the eldest son of Surendran N. Melepura and Siamala Surendran from Guruvayoor, Kerala. A loving son, brother, uncle and friend to many. He grew up in Queens, New York with his brother, Febin Melepura. He pursued his bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems at Hofstra University where he was a member of the Iota Nu Delta (IND) fraternity. Post graduation, he worked as a consultant at Deloitte, Protiviti, and PwC. Later, he pursued tech entrepreneurism with ventures such as, GroupBuddy, Inc., and Coffeepass - Friends & Matches, for which he secured several trademarks and patents. He will always be remembered for his generous smile, thoughtfulness, and inquisitive spirit. Dev’s wonderful and gentle soul will forever remain in our hearts. May he rest in peace and live on within the memories of his loved ones.
