Ram Chandra Gupta 12/11/1934 - 08/15/2022 On August 15, 2022 a loving father, grandfather, and great grandfather, Ram Gupta, passed away at the age of 87. He was born and raised in India and came to New York on June 1st, 1984 to live out the American Dream and create a lifestyle for generations to come. Ram was the pillar of his family, known for his care and compassion, especially towards his grandchildren. He has left them with fond memories and the highlight of their childhood - picking all of them up from school, bringing ice cream, chocolates, taking all the kids to the park, and surprising them with presents. He always knew how to bring a smile on all their faces. Ram was known for his active lifestyle and passion of gardening, traveling, and crafts. With perfection to detail, all his home do-it-yourself projects turned out incredible. He was spiritual and involved in all religious rituals. He was a sharp, witty, and handsome man who was always looking his best. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him. His legacy and life lessons will live on forever in our hearts. He is survived by his wife, Vidya, his six children, Anil, Vijay, Sudha, Arun, Sarovi and Vishal, his sister, Lila, his eleven grandchildren, one great grandchild, and his many nieces and nephews. A memorial service for Ram Gupta will be on August 20th, 2022 at 10AM at Park Funeral Chapel at 2175 Jericho Turnpike in Garden City Park, New York. Ram Gupta will forever be in the hearts of his family and friends.
