Mrs Maffucci was our 2nd mother. When I moved west to Oregon, she cried more than my own mother did. When Joe had an accident with the station wagon, he went to the Maffucci's before he went home. There are few people in this world with as much love and compassion as Mrs Maffucci. We need more like her. I remember the day, we were cutting your lawn, and Ed said "pull out all that stuff in the flower bed". I pulled out every one of Mrs Maffucci's basil plants. I can still hear her laughing and singing "Tony's stunad...Tony's stunad." All of the Macaluso's are sad to learn of her passing, but all of us are equally blessed to have known her. Especially me (Tony) and Joe. LOVE to you Eddie and Evelynn.
