Obituary of Maryann C. Keegan

Maryann Clare Keegan nee Dowling of Whiting, NJ (formerly of Floral Park, NY) passed peacefully on May 31st. She is predeceased by her loving husband of 57 years John Keegan. She was a devoted and loving mother to Maura and Eileen (Michael Niewender) and a dear sister to Patricia (Martin Howlin). Loving grandmother to Megan Niewender, Kaitlyn (Paul Racz), Melissa Niewender, and great grandmother to Vincent and Savannah Racz. She is predeceased by her parents Joseph and Frances. Maryann was also an aunt to many nieces and nephews, and a friend to all.

Maryann was a member of the Rosary Altar Society at St. Hedwig’s Church, and she was also a long time Girl Scout leader. She was an avid reader and exceptional knitter.
