Obituary of Connie Smith

Connie Smith passed away peacefully in her home on May 7th at the age of 87. Born in Astoria, NY in 1930, Connie was the oldest of three children. She will lovingly be remembered as a mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, cousin, aunt, and friend to many in New York and DeLand. 

A celebration of Connie’s life will be held on Thursday, May 10th at the Park Funeral Chapels in Garden City Park, NY, from 2pm-5pm and 7pm-9pm. Funeral Mass will be held at 10am on Friday, May 11th, at St. Anne’s Church in Garden City, NY, immediately followed by burial at St. Charles Cemetery in Farmingdale, NY.
